At Oasis of Decants, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.

The original packaging must be intact.

Non-Returnable Items:

Opened or used decants and perfume samples.

Return Process
Contact us at geral@oasisofdecants.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Our team will review your request and provide a return shipping address if your return is approved.
Pack the item securely and ship it back to us. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipping. If you need an exchange, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
